● Axial and radial available as “HR” (high reliability) screened per MIL-PRF-19500, JANTX level. Add “HR” suffix to base part number● Available as non-RoHS (Sn/Pb plating), standard, and as RoHS by adding “-PBF” suffix.
● Available in both axial leaded and radial packages (“R” prefix for radial packages)
● Selections for 170 to 280 volts standoff voltage
● Suppresses transients up to 15000 watts @ 10/10000µa and 100000 watts @ 8/20µs
