AP2162 Description
The AP2162 and AP2172 are integrated high-side power switches optimized for U niversal S erial Bus (U SB) an d ot her ho t-swap applications. T he fam ily o f dev ices plies w ith USB 2.0 and available w ith both p olarities of E nable in put. They o ffer cu rrent and th ermal l imiting an d sho rt c ircuit p rotection as w ell as controlled rise time an d un der-voltage lockou t fu nctionality.
