Description
The AP9234L family is a single-chip protection solution specially designed for one-cell Li+ rechargeable battery pack applications. It includes a one-cell, high-accuracy Li+ battery-protection controller and dual N-channel, ultralow RSS(ON) MOSFETs with mon drain.
The AP9234L provides rich battery protection Features and can turn off the N-channel MOSFETs by detecting overcharge voltage/current, overdischarge voltage/current, or load short circuit. The AP9234L has a built-in fixed delay time to save external ponents.
