The AP9234L family is a single-chip protection solution specially designed for one-cell Li+ rechargeable battery pack applications.

It includes a one-cell, high-accuracy Li+ battery-protection controller and dual N-channel, ultralow RSS(ON) MOSFETs with common drain.
