Description
The LM2901Q/LM2901AQ/LM2903Q/LM2903AQ series parators consist of four and two independent precision voltage parators with very low input offset voltage specification. They are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages; however operation from split power supplies is also possible. They offer low power supply current independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage.
The LM2901Q/LM2901AQ/LM2903Q/LM2903AQ series parators are designed to directly interface with TTL and CMOS.
The LM2903Q/LM2903AQ dual devices are available in SO-8, MSOP8 and TSSOP-8 packages; and the LM2901Q/LM2901AQ quad devices are available in SO-14 and TSSOP-14 packages
- all are in industry-standard pinouts.
All devices use “green” mold pound and have been qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and are automotive pliant, supporting PPAPs.
