The device operates from single-cell Lit hium-ion batt eries whil e st ill achieving over 96% efficiency. The ECT3409 al so can run at 100% duty cycle fo r low dropo ut ope ration, exten ding battery l ife in portable systems while light load o peration provides very low output ripple for noise sensitive applications.
