XTR70020 Overview
Description
XTR70020 is a family of high-temperature, high-input volt-age, 2Amp ultra low dropout voltage regulators designed for extreme reliability high voltage and high temperature applications. Being able to operate with input voltages from 3.0V to 30V, XTR70020 parts can source a current of 2A at +230°C while providing excellent regulation characteristics with a dropout as low as 1.2V.
