H6061 Description
The H6061 is a bined initialiser, watchdog and voltage monitor. The circuit is a low voltage low power monolithic CMOS device bining a series of voltage parators and a programmable timer on the same chip. The device is specially suited to telemunications applications where 3 V working is expected, for functions such as supply voltage and microprocessor monitoring.
