ES1868 AudioDrive® Data Sheet DESCRIPTION The ES1868 AudioDrive® is a single, mixed-signal digital audio chip that can be designed into a motherboard, add-in card, or integrated into other peripheral cards to provide stereo sound and FM music synthesis to personal puters. The ES1868 can record, press, and play back voice, sound, and music using built-in mixer controls. It also supports Plug and Play (PnP) standard and provides Plug and Play configuration for the following logical devices: CD-ROM (IDE), Modem, and a generalpurpose I/O device.
