ETA1189 Description
FEATURES The ETA1189 is a high-efficiency, synchronous boost from a wide range input voltage to a wide range programmable output voltage. With integrated high power MOSFETs, it can deliver up to 9V/3.5A output. It also has the true-shutoff function and real short circuit protection.
