DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The ETA3416 is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-down Up to 96% Efficiency
switching regulator, capable of delivering up to 1.5A of Up to 1.5A Max Output Current
output current. The devices operate from an input 3MHz Switching Frequency
voltage range of 2.6V to 7V and provide output voltages Light Load operation
from 0.6V to VIN, making the ETA3416 ideal for low Internal Compensation
voltage power conversions. Running at a fixed Tiny SOT23-5L Package
frequency of 3MHz allows the use of small inductance
value and low DCR inductors, thereby achieving higher
efficiencies.
