DESCRIPTION
Features
The ETA3417 is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-
- Up to 96% Efficiency down switching regulator, capable of delivering up to
- Up to 2.5A Continuous Output Current
2.5A of output current. The devices operate from an
- 3A Peak Output Current input voltage range of 2.6V to 7V and provide output
- 3MHz Switching Frequency voltages from 0.6V to VIN, making the ETA3417
- Light Load Operation ideal for low voltage power conversions. Running at
