Overview

The devices operate from an 3A Peak Output Current input voltage range of 2.6V to 7V and provide output 3MHz Switching Frequency voltages from 0.6V to VIN, making the ETA3417 Light Load Operation ideal for low voltage power conversions. Running at Internal Compensation a fixed frequency of 3MHz allows the use of small Tiny SOT23-5L Package inductance value and low DCR inductors, thereby Short-Circuit Protection achieving higher efficiencies. Other external Over-Temperature Protection components, such as ceramic input and output caps, can also be small due to higher switching frequency, while maintaining exceptional low noise output voltages.
