DESCRIPTION
Features
ETA5030 is a fixed output, low-dropout (LDO) lowpower linear voltage regulator which Features high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR), ultralow noise, fast start-up, and excellent line and load transient responses. Its PSRR can be as high as 70dB at 1KHz with quiescent current of about 35uA. Therefore, ETA5030 is an ideal power supply for noise-sensitive applications such as RF transmissions, cellphones, CMOS sensors and audios, etc.
ETA5030 is available in SOT23-3 package.
