DESCRIPTION
ETA5071 is a fixed output, low-dropout (LDO) lowpower linear voltage regulator that Features ultralow standby current as low as 1uA. It can withstand input voltage up to 7V and delivery 300mA at output. Therefore, ETA5071 is an ideal power supply for low power applications such as IoT, wearables and fingerprint lock, etc.
ETA5071 is available in DFN1x1-4 and SOT23-5.
