  • The ETA6911 is a new generation of highly integrated synchronous switch-mode charger, featuring integrated synchronous FETs, high switching frequency and high charging efficiency. With ETA’s proprietary current sense technology, by eliminating external sense resistor, it is capable of delivering charge current up to 4A. Furthermore, it has a very small footprint of 1.7mmx2mm and only requires small external components; therefore, it is ideal for extremely space-limited portable.
