FEATURES ETA8051 is a high performance peak current mode PWM controller. It integrates a 1.3Ω/700V high reliability and high stability N-channel Power Mosfet. ETA8051 employs QuasiResonant and frequency fold-back technique to reduce EMI and improve average efficiency and meets the latest Level VI efficiency standard with enough margins.
