DESCRIPTION FEATURES The ETA9084 is an all-in-one solution for TWS - Ultra low boost standby Iq , Ibat<10u A charge cradle. It includes a 20V single cell Li+ battery - 20V Charge input standoff voltage linear charger, a 5V Boost synchronous converter - 4.2V/4.35V charge termination voltage with true-shutoff function and a Fuel Gauge with LED indication. - - Charge current programmable Boost output disconnect and SCP The linear charger is fully integrated with constant - 5V/0.5A output power current (CC) / constant voltage (CV) control module - Up to 96% Efficiency for boost and a charge FET. The integrated low power 5V - Fuel Gauge and LED indicators Boost converter is capable of delivering 0.5A current - NTC thermistor input at 5V output. It can be shut down by pulling the - Logic Control Shutdown ENBST pin low. The true shut down feature disconnect output from the BAT thereby further decreasing the system standby power. There are 4 - - Thermal shutdown ESSOP10/ DFN3x3-10 Package LEDs driven by 3 output pins to indicate the charge/discharge status and battery level.
