ETA9698 Description
ETA9698 is an ultra low power PMU with 2 channels: a 40V single cell Li+ battery linear charger and a 5V Boost synchronous converter with true-shutoff function. The linear charger fully integrated constant current (CC) / constant voltage (CV) control module and charge FET, with minimal external devices.
