ETA9897 Description
ETA9897 is an ultra-low power PMU with 2 modules: a 30V single cell Li+ battery linear charger and a 5V boost synchronous converter with true-shutoff function. The linear charger fully integrated constant current (CC) / constant voltage (CV) control module and charge FET, with minimal external devices.
