CH422 Key Features
- Dynamic display scanning control, direct drive of 4-bit LED nixie tubes or 32 LEDs
- Built-in current driving stage, segment current driving capacity not less than 15mA, output word
- Built-in clock oscillator circuit, no need to provide external clock or external oscillator ponents
- 8 general-purpose I/O pins, GPIOs, and 4 general-purpose output pins, GPOs, are extended remotely
- 4 general-purpose output pins can choose push-pull output or open-drain output
