This agreement covers all hardware and software that is distributed with the Card Reader Factory’s products, for which there is no separate license agreement. By opening or breaking the seal of the MSRv007 package, using this Product, installing or downloading the software, or using this product and/or the software that has been pre loaded or is embedded in this product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CARDREADERFACTORY OR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA TRANSFERRED TO AND FROM THIS PRODUCT, FOR ITS USAGE, FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR INE OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES HOWSOEVER CAUSED.
