SIL3811 Overview
SIL3811 Serial ATA to Parallel ATA Module SIL3811 is a Serial ATA to Parallel ATA device bridge chip. The IDE connector interfaces a Parallel ATA device. By accepting Serial ATA mands from the Serial ATA host interface, mands are decoded and converted to Parallel ATA mands and sent to the Parallel ATA device.
