EURO QUARTZ 5.0 x 3.2mm SMD TCXO Miniature 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.5mm SMD package Frequency range: 9.6MHz to 30.0MHz Available with either CMOS or clipped sinewave output May be ordered as TCXO or Voltage-Controlled TCXO Supply voltage 3.3 Volts DESCRIPTION EQ5032 TCXOs are packaged in a miniature 4 pad ceramic, 5.0 x 3.2mm outline SMD package. The part is available as a TCXO or as a voltage-controlled TCXO (VCTCXO). Output may be specified as either clipped sinewave or CMOS. The part has excellent phase nose characteristics and provides a stable source of clock signals over a wide operating temperature range.
