They are high speed, low power, low cost monolithic operational amplifiers built on Elantec's proprietary plementary bipolar process.

  • Fast settling = 80ns to 0.1% for a 10V step.
  • Low differential gain = 0.02% at AV = +2, RL = 150Ω.
