Eight complete and independent channels are integrated into each chip. - Extremely low HiZ leakage over a 32V range - 32V Input compliance/28V Output forcing range - Extremely low input leakage over a 32V range • Per channel PMU For most tester applications, no additional analog hardware - FV/MI/MV needs to be developed or used on a per pin basis.
