Description

The MES1M32 is a 32 megabit High Speed Static Ram MCM.

Each MCM is constructed from 8 -512KX8 SRam assembled in a multilayered cofired ceramic package, designed with power and ground planes for lower noise and better ground bounce.

These MCMs are available in 20 to 45ns versions.
