EMP8995 - 1A CMOS Linear Regulator

Description

The EMP8995 low-dropout (LDO) CMOS linear regulators feature low dropout voltage (510mV@1A), low quiescent current (120µA), and fast transient response.

It guarantees delivery of 1A output current and supports preset 3.3V output voltages.

ESMT/EMP Preliminary EMP8995 1A CMOS Linear Regulator General Description The EMP8995 low-dropout (LDO) CMOS linear regulators feature low dropout voltage (510mV@1A), low quiescent current (120µA), and fast transient response.
