Description
AXBM20341x is a high integration solution for lithium ion/polymer battery protection designed in BCD (Bipolar, CMOS, DMOS) technology. Integrated are smart power mosfet, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and protection detection delay circuits. Packaged into an DFN4,1X1x0.37 package, it makes an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.
