Description
AXBM20490x is a high integration solution for lithium ion/polymer battery protection designed in BCD (Bipolar, CMOS, DMOS) technology with special attention to enhanced safety and low current consumption. Integrated are smart power mosfet, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits, and protection detection delay circuits.
