DESCRIPTION
The E0C624A is an advanced single-chip CMOS 4-bit microputer consisting of the E0C6200 4-bit core CPU. The chip contains the ROM, RAM, dot matrix LCD driver, programmable SVD circuit, time base counter and clock synchronous serial port.
