Description
The 20011 is an NPN mon emitter UHF power transistor intended for 26.5 Vdc class A operation from 470 to 860 MHz. It is rated at 20 watts (p-sync) output power, and may be used for both CW and PEP applications. Ion implantation, nitride surface passivation and gold metallization ensure excellent device reliability. 100% lot traceability is standard.
