ET16315 - VFD (FIP) controller/driver

General Description

The ET16315 is a VFD (FIP) controller/driver that is driven on a 1/4 to 1/12 duty factor.

It consists of 16 segment output lines, 4 grid output lines, 8 segment/grid output drive lines, a display memory, a control circuit, and a key scan circuit.

General Description The ET16315 is a VFD (FIP) controller/driver that is driven on a 1/4 to 1/12 duty factor. It consists of 16 segment output lines, 4 grid output lines, 8 segment/grid output drive lines, a display memory, a control circuit, and a key scan circuit. Serial data is input to the ET16315 through a three­line serial interface. This VFD controller/driver is ideal as a peripheral device for a single­chip microcomputer.
