ET7222 - 2- to 1-port analog switches

General Description

The ET7222 is 2 to 1port analog switches.

Their wide bandwidth and low bittobit skew allow them to pass highspeed differential signals with good signal integrity.

Each switch is bidirectional and offers little or no attenuation of the high speed signals at the outputs.

Key Features

  • RON is Typically 6.0Ω at VCC = 3.3 V Low BittoBit Skew: Typically 50 ps Low Crosstalk: 45 dB @ 250 MHz Low Current Consumption: 1.0 µA NearZero Propagation Delay: 250 ps Channel OnCapacitance: 4.0 pF (Typical) VCC Operating Range: 1.65 V to 4.5 V >750 MHz Bandwidth (or Data Frequency) Package :QFN10L1.8.
  • 1.4(ET7222Y)、MSOP10 (ET7222U).

General Description The ET7222 is 2 to 1port analog switches. Their wide bandwidth and low bittobit skew allow them to pass highspeed differential signals with good signal integrity. Each switch is bidirectional and offers little or no attenuation of the high speed signals at the outputs. Industryleading advantages include a propagation delay of less than 250 ps, resulting from its low channel resistance and low I/O capacitance. Their high channeltochannel crosstalk rejection results in minimal noise interference. Their bandwidth is wide enough to pass HighSpeed USB 2.0 differential signals (480 Mb/s). Features RON is Typically 6.0Ω at VCC = 3.3 V Low BittoBit Skew: Typically 50 ps Low Crosstalk: 45 dB @ 250 MHz Low Current Consumption: 1.
