ET9378 is Constant frequency 1x/1.33x charge pump DC/DC converter manufactured by Etek Microelectronics.
General Description The ET9378 is a low noise, constant frequency 1x/1.33x charge pump DC/DC converter for white LED applications. The ET9378 is capable of driving up to eight channels of LEDs at preset 19mA per channel from a 3.3V to 5.5V input. Under the same conditions, when the charge pump is opened, its efficiency is 10% higher than the conventional 1.5X charge pump. The current sinks may be operated individually parallel for driving higher current LEDs. Only two 1μF flying capacitors and two small 1μF capacitors (at Vcc and Vout) make this part ideally suited for small, batterypowered applications.
