SP238A is +5V Powered Multi-Channel RS-232 Drivers/Receivers manufactured by Exar.
DESCRIPTION
The SP238A is a multi-channel RS-232 line transceiver that can fit most munication needs, especially where ±12V is not available. It features a built-in charge pump voltage converter, allowing it to operate from a single +5V power supply. All drivers and receivers meet all EIA RS-232D and CCITT V.28 requirements. The SP238A is available in a WSOIC lead free package.
