Overview: 300kHz Synchronous Buck Controller with Frequency Synchronization.

General Description

The SP6153 has been designed to be implemented as synchronous step-down switching regulator.

A complete high performance supply using Type III compensation can be created with as few as 11 external components.

Compensation has been optimized based on output voltage and output capacitor selection.
