The XR32220 product is a 2 driver/ 2 receiver RS-232 transceiver featuring a variable low voltage logic interface, down to 1.65V.

This product is intended for portable or hand-held applications such as notebook and palmtop puters.

  • AUTO ON-LINE circuitry automatically wakes up from a 1A shutdown.
