FEATURES The XR5486E-XR5488E family of RS-485 devices are designed for reliable, bidirectional munication on multipoint bus transmission lines. Each device contains one differential driver and one differential receiver. XR5488E is a half-duplex device while the other part numbers are full-duplex.
