XP3182 Overview
The XP3182B is a high frequency, synchronous buck converter with internal power MOSFET. XP3182B supports wide input voltage range: 4.5V to 18V and provides 2.0A continuous load current capability, and provide high efficiency without use of external Schottky diode.
