FT120 (USB Device Controller with Parallel Bus IC) The FT120 is a USB controller developed independently with close  consideration of the industry classic, D12 chip. It communicates with a microcontroller over the generic   parallel interface. The FT120 has the  following advanced features: Dedicated clock output pin with programmable clock frequency (4 – 24 MHz) 30 kHz output clock provided during suspend.
