The FT900 series includes the FT900, FT901, FT902 and FT903 which are complete System-On-Chip 32-bit RISC microcontrollers for embedded applications featuring a high level of integration and low power consumption. It has the following features:
High performance, low power 32-bit FT32 core
processor, running at a frequency of 100MHz.
256kB on-chip Flash memory.
256kB on-chip shadow program memory.
True Zero Wait States (0WS) up to 3.1 DMIPS
per MHz performance
64kB on-chip data memory.
EFUSE for security configuration.
