74VCX00 Overview

The VCX00 contains four 2-input NAND gates. This product is designed for low voltage (1.2V to 3.6V) VCC applications with I/O patibility up to 3.6V. The VCX00 is fabricated with an advanced CMOS technology to achieve high-speed operation while maintaining low CMOS power dissipation.

74VCX00 Key Features

  • 1.2V to 3.6V VCC supply operation
  • 3.6V tolerant inputs and outputs
  • 2.8ns max. for 3.0V to 3.6V VCC
  • Power-off high impedance inputs and outputs
  • Static Drive (IOH/IOL)
  • ±24mA @ 3.0V VCC
  • Uses proprietary noise/EMI reduction circuitry
  • Latchup performance exceeds JEDEC 78 conditions
  • ESD performance
  • Human body model > 2000V
