FPF2027 Description
The FPF2024/5/6/7 are low RDS(ON) P-Channel MOSFET load switches with 150 mA typical current limit value targeting small package load switch applications. The extended input voltage range spans from 1.6 V to 5.5 V to fulfill today's ultra-portable device's supply requirements.
