FPT132 is High-Sensitivity Silicon Phototransistors manufactured by Fairchild Semiconductor.
Description
The FPT 132 and FPT 137 are silicon nitride protected npn Planar phototransistors with exceptionally stable characteristics and high illumination sensitivity. The case is made of a special plastic pound with transparent resin encapsulation that exhibits stable characteristics under high humidity conditions.
