The FSAT66 is a high speed single pole/single throw normally open Analog Switch with a TTL patible control input and is fabricated on a sub-micron CMOS process. The low On Resistance of the switch allows input to be connected to output with minimal propagation delay and without generating additional ground bounce noise. The device is organized as a 1-bit switch with a switch enable (OE) signal.
