RMPA0951AT Overview
The RMPA0951AT is a dual mode, small-outline Power Amplifier Module (PAM) for Cellular CDMA personal munication system applications. The PA is internallymatched to 50Ω and DC blocked which minimizes the use of external ponents and reduces circuit plexity for system designers. High AMPS/CDMA efficiency and good linearity are achieved using our InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) process.
