MCT66 is Dual Optically-Coupled Isolator manufactured by Fairchild Semiconductor.
Description
The MCTe and MCTee prise two distinct optoisolators with transistor output, in a single a-pin dual in-line package. Each channel consists of a Ga As emitter optically coupled to a phototransistor.
