SPT7936 Description
The SPT7936 is a pact, high-speed, low power 12-bit monolithic analog-to-digital converter, implemented in a 0.5 µm CMOS process. The converter includes sample and hold. The full scale range can be set between ±0.6 V and ±1.2 V using external references.
