GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The FP5137 is a synchronous buck switching regulator control IC for DC-DC applications field. The FP5137 includes a totem-pole high/low side stage for driving NMOS, high precision reference (1.25V) for paring output voltage with feedback amplifier, an internal 200KHz oscillator and programmable soft start function.
