DESCRIPTION & FEATURES ¸ÅÊö¼°Ìصã The FH1117 series of positive adjustable and fixed regulators is designed to provide 1A for applications requiring high efficiency. All internal circuitry is designed to operated down to 800m V input to output differential and the dropout voltage is fully specified as a function of load current. The FH1117 offers current limiting and thermal protection.
