The 4 wire interface between Subscriber Terminals and The Network Temination has been standardised by CCITT remendation I.430. It uses a passive bus which provides separate receive and transmit loops operating at 192 Kbits/s.
Input/Output Transformer
The TEW4610 has been approved for use with the INTEL S-bus interface device S29C53.
